What will you do?

Play an active role as part of the Legal team in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring the proper formation of contracts with clients, vendors, and other business partners in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

What you'll bring:

• 2-7 years of prior experience providing legal support.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, including but not limited to:
• Master Service Agreements
• Outsourcing Service Agreements
• Task Orders/Statements of Work (“SOWs”)
• Confidentiality Agreements
• Letters of Engagement/Intent
• Proposal Review
• Vendor Agreements
• Review and evaluate terms and conditions in client requests for proposals (“RFPs”) and assist business teams in formulating responses on legal and contractual matters.
• Provide feedback to business teams and management regarding potential issues/risks involved in RFPs and contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Provide a risk assessment of contract terms and conditions and offer alternative approaches to mitigate risk, including the negotiation of alternative contractual language.
• As part of the larger contracts team, I work on the continuous improvement of standard agreements and contract templates.
