The PMO Coordinator coordinates and supports Project Management Organizations (PM) on behalf of the respective CEO/CFO at Business level, to lay the foundation to create sustainable value for our customers with our products, solutions, and services and to improve project results.

Responsibilities:

* Advise the CEO/ CFO to define adequate Project Management targets for the respective business organization and monitors the achievement of these goals.

* Ensure implementation of and adherence to Corporate Project Management standards in assigned business organization incl. Policy & Control Master Book (PCMB) controls and follows-up on the improvement measures.

* Provide guidance and ensures compliance to PM at Siemens standards, which are aligned with methodologies such as PMI or IPMA.

* Contribute to further develop global PM at Siemens standards and implements continuous improvement measures in project business.

* Ensure effective cooperation with stakeholders.

* Strengthen appropriate Opportunity Management and Risk Management culture and supports implementation of opportunity and risk methodologies.

* Consult, support, and coach PMs/CPMs.

Requirements:

* Advanced English level

* Experience designing and implementation of Project Management methodologies

* Experience in risk management

* Experience in stakeholder management

* Experience training and coaching team members

* Basis knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. (desirable)

* General awareness of Information Security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001). (desirable)
