A challenging opportunity for an open minded and enthusiastic candidate with great Functional Application Management skills to support in the strategic change and further enhance and support core applications to the Business! As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.

In your future role as Functional Application Manager SAP Materials Management you will

Functional area responsibilities:

SAP Materials Management

· Procurement process: Purchase Requisition, Order, Outline Agreement, Master Data, etc.

· Release Strategy Setup

· Intra/Inter Company Stock Transport Order Processes

· Inventory Management and Physical Inventory Process

· Vendor Consignment

· MRP

· Service & Service Entry Sheet

· LSMW & Mass Updating

SAP Logistics Execution & Warehouse Management

· Inbound & Outbound Logistics process

· Full Warehouse Management, Storage Bin, Storage Type, Staging, etc.

· Handling Unit Management / Serial Number Management

· New SAP Plant Setup

Integration with

· Other modules, M&S, Manufacturing, FICO, PM, GFM, etc.

· VIM Vendor Invoice Management and Ariba system

· Interfaces (Idoc, ALE/ EDI with MES and Transportation System)

Core responsibilitites:

· Facilitate SAP MM module implementation and issue resolution

· Manage EDI/IDoc monitoring and background jobs

· Maintain SAP master data (vendor, material, outline agreement, business partner, etc.)

· Lead and support procurement scenarios (minimum three full implementations)

· Provide functional integration with SAP SD, LE, and WM

· Participate in projects and execute change requests and enhancements

· Handle incident management via ServiceNow

· Ensure SLA compliance and system performance integrity

· Serve as 1st-level escalation for application maintenance

· Ensure IM process compliance and maintain accurate documentation

· Coordinate testing, fault diagnosis, and key user engagement

· Support 24x7 emergency standby schedule

· Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board)

· Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives

We believe you bring :

Technical knowledge and skills:

· 6–10 years of experience in SAP MM-IM

· Deep knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes

· Strong background in EDI and IDoc management

· Proven experience integrating SAP MM with other modules (SD, LE, WM)

· Experience with S/4HANA (preferred)

· SAP MM certification is a plus

· Skilled in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

· Strong analytical and design-thinking skills

· Ability to document and translate business requirements

· Background in data migration tools like LSMW

· Proactive and positive, with strong problem-solving skills

· Strong communicator and with great interpersonal skills

· Experienced in managing business stakeholder expectations

Nice if you have

· SAP MM certification (preferred but not required)

· Experience with Ariba and VIM integrations

· Hands-on experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield project
