About the role:

• Drive WordPress site builds end-to-end, managing volume, duration and quality targets.
• Develop and support responsive, accessible interfaces with modern HTML, CSS (BEM, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS) and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Leverage serverless edge computing (Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda Edge) for scalable functionality.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1+ compliance, conducting accessibility testing (Axe, Lighthouse, NVDA) alongside UX/UI partners.
• Own quality—write unit, integration and end-to-end tests; perform peer reviews; debug cross-browser and accessibility issues.
• Lead & mentor—train and coach junior developers; champion innovation, accountability and best coding practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with back-end engineers, designers, project and account managers to align delivery with business goals.
• Continuously improve workflows and performance through root-cause analysis, proactive impact updates and adoption of new tools.

This is an on-site job position at the Guadalajara, Jalisco office.

Requirements:

Must-haves:

• 4+ years' front-end development experience (HTML, CSS methodologies, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue).
• Proven track record with CSS architectures (BEM/SMACSS), SASS/PostCSS and performance optimization (lazy loading, asset compression).
• Hands-on experience with cloud workers or serverless edge computing.
• Deep expertise in web accessibility (WCAG 2.1+, ARIA) and related testing tools.
• Solid version control skills (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Verbal and written English language proficiency.
• 4-year degree or certificate in a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with design systems (Storybook) and Progressive Web Apps.
• Proficiency with accessibility auditing tools and screen readers.
• Background in DevOps practices and edge-optimized architectures.
