Requirements

Must to have experience in:

+ 4 years with:

· MM for SAP R/3 ECC

• S2P
• API

Proficient in OA/SA, PO, Invoice, MRP, and 3-way matching.

Nice to have experience in:

· knowledge in EDI/XML/API

Valid Visa and passport.

Responsibilities

• SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) encompasses the entire procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to making final payments.
• Determining Requirements Identifying the need for goods or services and creating purchase requisitions.
• Supplier Selection Evaluating potential suppliers based on past orders, agreements, or digital records.
• Purchase Order Processing Creating formal purchase orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Purchase Order Monitoring Tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Goods Receipt Verifying received goods against purchase orders.
• Invoice Verification Checking invoices for accuracy before processing payments.
• Payment Processing Executing payments to suppliers through accounting systems.
• Compliance & Trade Management Managing international trade transactions and regulatory requirements2.
