CBRE is seeking a highly organized and driven Procurement Sr. Analyst (Buyer) to join our dynamic team in Mexico. This is a critical role focused on leading and managing our supplier enablement processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience, and optimizing our supplier relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Spearhead Supplier Enablement: Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, including due diligence (regulatory, fiscal, legal compliance, and risk assessment), ensuring all requirements are met.
• Master Coupa: Manage supplier sessions within Coupa, resolve escalations, and provide training to internal clients and suppliers on system usage.
• Manage & Maintain Supplier Data: Oversee supplier registration, maintain accurate procurement databases, and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure Fiscal & Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with Accounts Payable to support supplier fiscal compliance in Mexico and resolve related issues.
• Generate Reports & Provide Insights: Analyze reports to support procurement insights and compliance.
• Provide Excellent Support: Offer prompt and customer-focused responses to both internal and external inquiries.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally with a focus on supplier enablement.
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement systems like Coupa, Ariba, or SAP and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
