About the Role

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle. This role is key in supporting the organization's growth and will work closely with our team in New York. You'll gain direct visibility into core accounting and financial operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing within the quote-to-cash process
• Oversee vendor management and accounts payable (procure-to-pay cycle)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Prepare journal entries and support the monthly close
• Perform account reconciliations (cash, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals)
• Assist in external audits by preparing documentation and support schedules
• Recommend improvements to accounting and operational processes as we scale

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• High attention to detail, autonomy, and initiative
• Strong communication and documentation skills
