Role Overview

The Solutions Architect plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with technical execution, serving as a strategic bridge between client needs and the organization's product and platform capabilities. Positioned at the intersection of technology, business, and customer engagement, this role is essential to both the pre-sales lifecycle and post-sales value realization.

Solutions Architects are responsible for designing comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that address specific business challenges. They engage early with prospective clients to understand their functional and technical requirements, and translate these into scalable solution architectures. Their work includes shaping solution strategy, mapping product functionalities to business use cases, and developing prototypes or proof-of-concepts to validate approach and fit.

Beyond individual projects, Solutions Architects contribute to customer success, retention, and expansion, ensuring the proposed solutions remain adaptable and aligned with evolving client goals. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, delivery, and technology—to ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation.

This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Solutions Architects must be comfortable navigating both executive-level discussions and deep technical detail, acting as trusted advisors to clients and internal teams alike.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working as Solution Architect, 5 years or more in this role, working with enterprise software products or services

• Deep technical expertise and proficiency in relevant technologies, architectures, and potentially programming languages... This includes having a breadth of knowledge of surrounding platforms and patterns

• Experience with technologies relevant to solution design, such as container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Linux, networking configurations, DevOps ecosystem tools (CI, CD, orchestration, automation), and cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Compute)

• Knowledge of general security practices, regulatory compliance requirements, organizational structures, and corporate cultures Ability to apply technical thinking around security, performance, and cost-effectiveness in designs

• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate

• Proven experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with a strong focus on the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable and secure solutions

• Ability to build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to gain practical experience and validate suitability

• Experience in designing and executing PoCs is key

This is an On site role located in Mexico City

Monday to Friday full time 09:00 - 18:00 h
