Maintenance Specialist (Rotate Shifts)

In this role, you will head the maintenance and continued efficiency of {equipment, production lines and/or facilities} to optimize technical and financial resources.

Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Working with the engineering team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities.
• Consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety.
• Solving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions or other problems to minimize disruption to production.
• Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
• Implementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electro-mechatronical Engineering or related.
• 5 years of experience working in similar position and 2 years as leader team.
• Personnel management (operational - unionized), CNC repair and knowledge of electrical substations.
• Knowledge in Project development, KPI management, Kaisen and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in fault detection, analysis and diagnosis of CNC machinery.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills with conflict management and teamwork.
• Decision making - Autonomy.
• Intermediate-Advanced level of English.
