Kiewit Mexico is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will work alongside a talented team of construction and engineering professionals in a variety of markets, including transportation, oil, gas and chemical, power, building, water/wastewater, industrial, and mining.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Ensure production processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of process safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project planning and execution in an industrial setting.
