Title: Process Engineer
Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila ISG Mexico
Function: Engineering (CA)

Main Responsibilities
• This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining process methods for assigned areas assuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met. The position requires sound technical judgement, independent thinking, and the ability to provide solutions for efficient manufacturing methods that facilitate continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. These duties will be performed with minimal supervision. This individual is required to perform in a team environment, providing technical support to multiple functional areas. Must lead project teams and supervise Process Technicians when required.

What Skills You Need
• 2+ years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of ergonomics and proper manufacturing safety techniques.
• Strong knowledge of World Class Quality Systems/Methods: ISO-9001, Six Sigma, DFM, PFMEA and Mistake Proofing.
• Strong knowledge of World Class Manufacturing Methods: Lean/Flow Principles.
• Strong knowledge of line and process design, cycles of imbalance, material presentation, visual management, and tooling design.
• Strong knowledge of work measurement and time standards.
• Experience in project management and financial planning.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing and able to be present in production areas to solve problems.
• Good written and verbal communications skills (English).

What Makes You Stand Out
• 4+ years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing, including Surface Mount Technology, through hole, depanelling, and gasketing processes.
• Supervisory experience including strong people management skills.
• Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases: electric torque guns/systems, computer modeling software (AutoCAD & Pro/E), Vis Tools, Excel macros and formulas.
• Experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Experience with basic controls, PLCs, and camera systems.

Education
• B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
