Your Role

• Automate Between Tools:
• Streamline processes by automating interactions between SEMrush, Jira, Google Suite, Infinity, and Octopus, alleviating administrative burdens on our SEO team.
• Formula Integration for Analysis:
• Create sophisticated formulas for Analysis Input to present clear and accurate information, empowering us to make informed decisions using internal data.
• Automate Reporting Data Entries:
• Implement automation for data entries in reporting tools such as Service Titan, Callrail, and Service Fusion, ensuring accuracy and saving valuable time.
• Address Infinity Limitations:
• Identify and automate tasks within Infinity where there are limitations, ensuring smooth inter-board communication and optimal workflow.
• Automation/Development of Templated Items:
• Streamline workflows by automating and developing templates for master lists, incorporating specific client inputs for enhanced efficiency.
• App Development for Improved Processes:
• Design and develop applications to prevent faulty sitemap imports into Octopus, creating a seamless and error-free process.
• App Development for Task Assignment:
• Create applications for Infinity that facilitate task assignments designated by PMs and Marketing Director, promoting a structured and organized workflow.
• App Development for Progress Tracking:
• Develop applications to track Jira's (dev) weekly progress, fostering effective intercommunication with the SEO/Content team.
