We are looking to hire a New Launches Engineer for BOM's and profitabiity to join our team at Toluca.

Position Summary:

This position is the main responsability in Governance for quote calculations (external & internal), regular development & maintenance of Quote Tool* DIV A Excel. This position will take responsibilities for the finance of new launches (new projects)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of quote relevant financial KPIs during CQA / Ensuring compliance with economic targets of PL
• Safeguarding alignment with project relevant stakeholders and processes (sales, purchasing, production, cost engineering, target costing, claim management)
• Collection, monitoring and performance of plausibility checks for all input data of profitability calculations
• Responsible for quote update during gate reviews until SOP
• Economic evaluations of MaB investigations and commercial support of change processes (Change Control Board)
• Support: Leakers Management, VAVE, Cost Engineering, Target Costing, Customer negotiations incl. cost workshops
• Monitoring project profitability after SOP until EOP
• Initiating Bleeder Management Process based on COPA (Customer Profitability Analysis) Support Get Well Plan / Inflation / Deflation
• Tracking Special Revenue (R&D / Tooling / BL / Claim)
• Cash Management (Overdues), IC transfer pricing incl. docu. (tax)
• BOM to Sales Ratio Tool, Roll on & Roll off by project
• Support of Strategic and Operational planning with reliable project/ program/ product group information, support portfolio process

Requirements:

• Engineering
• This position will be reporting to Germany, so a bilingúal profile is a must
• at least 4 years of experience in the same position within industry (as PM, Project engineer)
• experience in BOMs is a must
• Experience within the APQP team for new launches is a must
