Your New Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across the Capability Center in Mexico City. This role will provide strategic hiring support in response to growing demands within the T&O, GCO, and Streaming Marketing teams.
In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment, the Senior Advisor will drive candidate engagement from interview through offer acceptance, oversee the selection process, and influence key stakeholders to achieve the TA´s results. The role also involves partnering with sourcing teams to map talent, providing market intelligence, and advising business leaders on hiring strategies and trends.
Your Role Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborate closely with People & Culture (P&C) and business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective talent acquisition plans.
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing, assessment, and offer strategies, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously, with minimal need for escalation. Proactively source talent through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, local job boards, professional networks, and social media.
Ensure timely and consistent preparation of interview panels and candidate slates, maintaining alignment with hiring timelines and quality standards.
Champion diversity and inclusion by understanding and communicating organizational goals and integrating them into search strategies and stakeholder conversations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor´s degree
Advanced English
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years as a technical recruiter. A combination of agency and in-house recruitment experience is preferred.
Proven ability to manage high volumes of sourcing and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing search strategies, market mapping, and leveraging industry insights to inform hiring decisions.
Hands-on experience with CRM and ATS platforms for sourcing, tracking, managing, and closing candidates. Familiarity with advanced sourcing and research techniques.
