We are looking to open and grow the Latam market! Our Sales Manager will report to our Senior Sales Director - LATAM and each day our Digital Sales Managers actively network and set appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive and powerful digital advertising solutions to better engage their customers. Our sales floors focus on identifying new business opportunities, cold calling and appointment setting. They focus on full sales cycles and about developing a book of business.
What You'll Do:
(Primary day-to-day tasks and expectations)
Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services to enhance business opportunities
Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth
Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis
Manage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses
Manage and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches and pending dollars.

Each month, be expected to hit budget and could exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc. A large portion of their time will be spent in the field.

In compliance with our US based offices per the Pay Transparency Act, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.
The salary for the Client Success Manager is: $800,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 (MXP) annually, in addition to annual variable compensation.
