The Purpose:

We have created this position to drive and enable the growth of PPRO's business. You will focus on executing the business strategy and driving operational excellence across all departments and geographies. You own the design, implementation of the operational processes and business metrics as well as of the transfer of the skills to the teams.

As Business Operations Manager you work across all teams at PPRO LATAM to drive and enable the growth of PPRO's business. You will lead cross-functional efforts, provide objective data -driven analysis and insights, and execute strategic initiatives. You dig into designing new business systems and processes to scale PPRO, helping to build new products, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

What will you be doing:

• Highly strategic, analytical, and operational role in fast-paced environments.
• You will work in close collaboration with the Sales team to identify the most important revenue opportunities and then connect with key individuals across other corporate functions like Operations or Product to develop solutions. Report directly to GM North
• You will work together with the Product team to prioritize and launch the most important products for our business.
• You will design and implement business and operational systems and processes that support PPRO's products and services.
• You will define, develop, and deliver business metrics to help track the health of the business.
• You will set up, prepare, and facilitate steering committees that drive change within the organization.
• You will mentor colleagues and transfer the skills and knowledge across the business.

You'll need to have:

• 6 years of experience IN Fintech, Payments Businesses, or any high growth phase companies - payments and fintech experience is preferred.
• Experience in digital transformation, product, or project management, leading both the client and consulting teams, and taking the projects from conception to launch.
• You excel at digging deep into the data, documentation, and processes, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
• You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute complex projects, data -driven analysis, and capability to provide insight from data in a concrete manner
• You have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
