Qué esperamos
Responsible for maintaining business relationships with current and potential customers for issues related to spare parts, CKD and special sales.
Generate and trigger internal Thyssenkrupp processes derived from customer and supplier requirements.
Keep up to date the information in the pricing system, costs, customer purchase orders, purchase order requests, updates, sales, retroactive, provisions, month closings.
Attention to supplier requirements related to differences in prices, production capacities and various issues to channel them with the client and monitor their solution.
A quién buscamos
Education:
Bachelor's or Engineering - Graduate
4 years of experience in a KAM position or Sales coordination.
Knowledge:
Technical sales in auto parts manufacturing, interpretation of technical drawings. Bidding processes (RFQ's), quotes for components and spare parts.
Cost management (production and product), budget control and performance indicators
Project management, Lean manufacturing concepts.
Engineering change processes
Language:
Advanced english
Skills:
Maintain a good business relationship with the client, apply a satisfaction survey
Effective negotiation.
