About the role:
To carry out aftermarket products, activities and develop spare parts business
Responsibilities
To coordinate with customers on JBT spare parts business. This is to continuously boost up the spare part sales records.
To sell and follow up on PRoCARE contracts
Monitor forecast and opportunity list weekly / monthly
To assist / coordinate between the customers and Internal JBT (i.e. Service Team, Sales Team, Finance and Accounting Team).
To be responsible support internal, CSR and Logistic to handle customer issue with a goal of customer satisfaction
To conduct "Customer Satisfactory Survey" and Customer Relationship Management
To support logistic team for inventory control forecast.
Any other jobs / projects to be assigned by the supervisor as appropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering preferably
Minimum 5 years' experience
Good knowledge in marketing and aftermarket product sales is a plus
Strong capabilities in to managing / supervising aftermarket projects
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with local and international colleagues
Able to work under pressure
Able to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a team
Able to work Multi Task and Multi Organization
Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require
Good command of written and spoken English
Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet Applications
driving license
Fluid english
