Job Description

Conducting commercial phone calls (all our sales are via phone) to potential and existing clients in the industrial sector to promote products and services, close sales, and maintain business relationships, contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education: University degree without a diploma.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in telephone sales, product sales, and B2B sales.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with customer service focus.
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects.
• Manage objections and close sales.
• Proactive, persistent, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Effectively make sales via telephone to potential and existing clients in the industrial sector.
• Identify business opportunities and close sales.
• Maintain a client portfolio and perform post-sales follow-up.
• Meet the sales targets set by the company.

Additional Benefits

• Monthly salary of $13,999 to $14,000 + commissions: uncapped, 5% in USD, incentivizing effort and results.
