Job details:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, achieving an industry-standard close rate of 70%, and ensuring excellent responsiveness with an average answer time within 15 seconds, aligned with call center benchmarks.
Responsabilities:
· Lead Conversion:
Ø Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Ø Achieve a close rate of at least 70% on qualified leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Customer Engagement:
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Ø Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
· Sales Process Management:
Ø Accurately log interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Ø Follow up on leads promptly, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
· Call Management:
Ø Maintain an industry-standard call answer time, ensuring the first response within 15 seconds.
· Collaboration:
Ø Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales process.
Ø Provide customer feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
· Performance Monitoring:
Ø Track individual KPIs, including close rates, answer times, and revenue targets.
Ø Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales or related, 2 years minimum
· High-school diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in English with strong written, listening, and conversational skills.
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
· Proactive attitude and motivation to meet or exceed sales goals.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
· Effective time management and organizational skills.
· Adaptability to changes in processes, tools, or targets.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
· Willingness to receive feedback and participate in continuous improvement sessions.
· Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
