Reliable Maintenance Sup. Ensure the seamless operation of critical productive equipment and machinery. He/She will be responsible for everything from EOP, Std Cell, TPM and PM Compliance Asses & Implementation. Lifetime & refurbishes need analysis.

Is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and implementation of maintenance activities related to:

•Condition monitoring

•Plant control and instrumentation & equipment for the reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all machinery on CMMS.

REQUIREMENTS

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability in automotive industries.

•Failure analysis, problem-solving, project planning, and management.

•Proven experience as a reliability and maintenance engineer or a similar role.

•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

•Experience with reliability analysis and predictive maintenance.

•Ability to manage and supervise maintenance personnel.

•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
