About Lead to Cash:
Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform? Lead-to-Cash is a process re-engineering program tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection; sponsored by HP's ELT (Executive Leadership Team). Effective management of the Lead to Cash process will lead to increased efficiency, better customer experience, and increased revenue for the organization.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Long-term Planner & Plan of Action Program Manager to join our dynamic Lead to Cash (L2C) Strategy & Transformation team. The role is pivotal in aligning our organization's investments and plans across L1 groups, including significant IT investments, with the strategic direction set by senior leadership. The LTP will also be responsible for the thorough evaluation of business cases to ensure they meet strategic and financial criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Reconcile the organization's investments with overarching strategic goals, ensuring a seamless integration of IT and business objectives.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate and track IT and other investments, ensuring they are in line with the organization's long-term strategy and financial goals.
Senior Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders to align investment strategies and plans.
Business Case Evaluation: Conduct rigorous evaluations of future business cases to ensure they meet return on investment expectations and align with strategic objectives.
ROI Analysis: Assess potential returns on investments and provide recommendations based on financial and strategic analysis.
Report and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and technological advancements to inform strategic planning.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and strategic risks associated with long-term investments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT investments and their impact on business strategy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
