We are seeking a meticulous Help Desk Professional to join our team as a Tracking Apps Compliance. This role is essential for ensuring that our tracking applications and processes adhere to industry regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of compliance expertise and technical proficiency, with experience in the freight and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all tracking applications and processes comply with relevant industry regulations, including FMCSA, DOT, and other local and federal requirements.
• Audit and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of tracking systems to verify compliance with legal and company standards. Monitor systems for adherence to data privacy and security regulations.
• Guidance: Provide guidance on compliance requirements and best practices related to tracking apps. Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence.
• Issue Resolution: Address compliance issues related to tracking systems, including discrepancies and data breaches.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in technical support
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with software and data management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex compliance information clearly and effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
