What You'll Be Rocking (Job description):
This Investor Services role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of investor capital activity
for TrustServe's investment fund clients. A dedicated self-starter, this individual will ensure the
identification and verification of investors is carried out in compliance with the laws and regulations of
the investment funds' applicable jurisdiction. Verification includes screening, transaction monitoring and
regulatory compliance.
• Process investor capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and assignments
of interest, in accordance with the investment funds' offering documents
• Perform Anti-Money Laundering checks in compliance with the laws and regulations of the
investment funds' jurisdiction(s)
• Follow up with investors for missing information, ensuring AML/KYC records are complete
• Provide accurate and timely capital activity reporting to investment fund managers
• Respond and resolve investor and/or client communications timely
• Review and process investor contact changes; ensuring an accurate investor database
• Assist investors and/or clients with online access.
• Monitor and reconcile client bank account activity
• Prepare redemption and/or distribution wire payments
• Prepare and distribute contract notes and transaction confirmation statements
• Prepare FATCA/CRS reports, ensuring all filings are filed within the prescribed deadlines
• Prepare monthly investor share registers, ensuring accurate tracking of ERISA capacity
• Prepare investor audit confirmations
• Distribute investor and client communications including Audited Financial Statements, Investor
K-1s, and updated offering documents or privacy policies
What You Need to Bring to the Stage (Qualifications Required):
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 1 years' experience in processing financial information for customers of financial
institutions and/or relevant practical experience in KYC and CDD
• Fully Bilingual in English is a MUST (advanced pronunciation and advanced oral and written
grammar skills) with superior communication skills
• Capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• An individual who can handle multiple assignments and communicate clearly
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities as well as work in a team
• In-depth experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Adobe PDF
• Technology savvy: comfortable with browsers and learning new software or applications
• Knowledge of PFS-Paxus, FATCA, CRS, Hedge/Private Equity funds is a plus
