Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as Tech Lead
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interacting with Product, Design, and Backend teams
• Experience and knowledge across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Deep understanding of current IT practices and software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
• Engish Intemediate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop applications using Java (17+)

· Design systems based on event-driven architecture

· implement secure authentication using OAuth2

· Build front-end or full-stack solutions with JavaScript

· apply Server-Driven UI (SDUI) concepts

· Execute Consumer-Driven Contract (CDC) testing

· work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, DB2) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis)

· Design, develop, implement, and consume RESTful services

· Utilize the Spring Framework for back-end development

· configure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, and enforce code quality with Sonar, Checkmarx, and Fortify

· Monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.

· Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle

· apply modern IT practices and agile methodologies such as Scrum
