Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Data analytics Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, HR Global Business Services, the Data analytics Engineer role involves being responsible of understanding user HR info to be able to analyze it and make dashboards to drive improvement in different areas in HR dept.

What a typical day looks like:

• Utilize business intelligence technologies (Tableau) to convert business needs into effective visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Improve the data models and data elements that business intelligence tools rely on by working together with data engineering and business teams.
• Continuously identify opportunities and demands for better data management, quality, and delivery.
• Communicate and explain findings and suggestions at various levels with a definite bias toward effective learning and outcomes.
• Ensure that stakeholders are able to digest the insights from the analyzed datasets.
• Build and maintain the business intelligence infrastructure and tools to present data with the most effective data visualization techniques and artifacts.
• Support the end-to-end executions of targeted Analytics and Business Intelligence projects focused on problem areas.
• Promote the use of visualization for data driven decisions.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree. Preferably related.
• Knowledge of SQL server and/or Snowflake data base.
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and/or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) required. (Or familiar with ETLs).
• Tableau (PowerBI, or others)
• Conversational English.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Preferably experience solving incidents and tickets.
• Preferably HR knowledge.
