This position can influence the local-global Category leaders or teams such as the regional, global or production site teams, so there is a phenomenal opportunity for exposure and alignment to work with across the world. The main contribution relies on providing high impact deliverables to the business can contribute to the way of work and the agility to response to the business needs.

This position exists to facilitate analysis, decision power and performance of Procurement team through development, implementation and improvement of tools and processes. The role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges. As being part of Business Intelligence Global Community, this position collaborates closely with every Procurement Category partnering with them in relation to business intelligence and analytical insight.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and/or participate Projects mainly focused on automatization of tools, processes, or visual management of the Department through agreed channel with main team members to improve digitalization journey.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Seek for continuous Improvement activities focused on daily processes, tools, systems and controls through Continuous Improvement tools or others oriented to gain efficiencies, increase productivity and higher level of quality of data management.
  • Gather, review and analyze business and data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
  • Maintain and perform local and support Global Reports execution including execution and communication through agreed processes or channels for the further actions upon them.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Manage and run key steps in the ordering process for BOM materials along with responsible buyers using digital tools (i.e but not limited - SAP, Power apps, Coding, etc.)
  • Act as link with the global networks to actively support in the systems or tools used by our department and training internal & external stakeholders/suppliers.
  • Align with the Procurement Processes related to the Supply Chain Security Programs (CTPAT-OEA)


Do you have what it takes?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years as work experience in areas related as Business Analyst, Business Intelligence in Supply Chain environment and system development.
  • Data analysis: Enterprise resource planning systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Business Warehouse (BW), must have proficiency in Microsoft Office apps in general.
  • High proficiency with SQL and database management
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • Problem Solving: PDCA mindset, effectiveness, and measurement of countermeasure actions.
  • Project Management: Experience participating in Projects in a local or local-global collaboration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
