Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Onboarding and Orientation.
- Employee Relations.

- ?Record Keeping.
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate requisitions and help facilitate the proper approvals for staffing requisitions.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Coordinate and ensure the proper delivery of work supplies, such as laptops and other equipment.
- Solid knowledge of payroll, labor relations, and privacy notices.
- Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and supporting employee development initiatives.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and record incidents, including absences and leaves.
- Stay updated on and ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law.
- Maintain contact with other areas of the company.
- Managing the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and processing employee resignations or terminations.
