Talent Attraction and D&I Intern

Objective

Responsible for communication between TA and D&I and other departments and key stakeholders by supporting the follow up of key projects, data analysis and results reports.

Main Responsibilities

·      Supports analyzes, and follows up on key projects for Talent Attraction and D&I.

·      Help to deliver initiatives that will help Nemak become a fairer, more-equitable environment for all employees.

Position Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology or Communications// Current student

·      Strong listening and communication skills.

·      English Advanced- mandatory- non negotiable

·     Experience in D&I, Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding or HR Systems desired
