Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the successful placement of top-tier talent across various positions within our client organizations. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and hands-on experience will be vital in promoting the company's value proposition to both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Perform screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
- Experience recruiting candidates in the US, specially at a high volume.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Healthcare or hospitality is preferred
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
