Join our global TUI Musement Operational Hub Team in Cancun as a Booking Executive, to manage and ensure all booking information from our customers are correctly integrated in our systems and provide the best digital service for our customers.

- Strong administrational and organisational skills.
- Experience user knowledge of Asterix system would be highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Can think logically and can work well independently or as a team.

- Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions on how to improve ways of working, embracing our digital culture.
- Fluent in verbal and written English is required. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Monitoring automatic integration of bookings and updating the booking system.
- Checking any special requests bookings and registering the requirements.
- Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and destinations across the business also liaising with suppliers and our clients.
- To solve discrepancies between providers and internal administration.
- To use internal client systems to follow up on room allocation and payments when applicable.
- Process bookings of non-integrated clients.
- Ensure validations are in place to guarantee data consistency.
- Ensure maximum capacity and revenue from commitment properties and allotment handling, when required.
