We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Car Leader, based in our Alpha Plant (Juárez, Chihuahua, México).
As a Car Leader, you will be in charge to coordinate and drop the technical and commercial information at the plant level to assure the adequate using of the human, financial, and facilities resources to get an non failure execution in terms of quality, delivery and costs during all the assigned harnesses launching phases and the engineering changes.
Your Tasks will be
Develop the plan based on the program and customer key dates, in coordination with the different functions to assure that the requirements are accomplished.
Coordinate the multifunctional team actions in plant to accomplish the requirements and assure the non-failure execution during every construction phase with the customer.
Lead the control of the engineering changes and design reviews
Assure that the communication is effective for the technical, commercial and program administration problems
Coordinate the execution of the product engineering activities, since the reception of the design information until the generation of the technical information for manufacturing and liberation
Resources administration to assure a manufacturing robust system
Participation in activities related with the different auditory processes in plant
To be successful in this role you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or any related field
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions: Product engineering, methods engineering, launch coordinator, or others.
Previous experience in the automotive harnesses industry
Quality systems, cost management, negotiation, and communication knowledge
