Reporting to the Rocío Rivera, Quality Coordinator the Quality Engineer role involves To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes

The Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring the product/process Quality, Process Validation/Qualification of the new and current assembly lines, ensuring that Quality Management System and Customer requirements are met.

What a typical day looks like:

*Develop standards for inspection, testing and evaluation.

*Develop forms and instructions for evaluate, monitor and report quality and reliability data.

*Develop & implement methods for disposition of discrepant material and devices methods.

*Managing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.

*Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.

*Support to Product Engineers and Program Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.

*Assure data availability and integrity for all quality related data, consolidating data in quality reports.

*Initiate corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion.

*Assist with development and implementation of quality audits.

*Develop, apply, revise and maintain quality standards for processing materials into subassemblies or finished products.

*Design and implement methods and procedures for inspect, test and evaluate the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
