Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities within assigned discipline or area.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure that all work meets or exceeds safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with other construction disciplines to ensure that all elements of work are properly integrated.
• Maintain accurate records of the work performed, material used, and equipment utilized.
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction team members.
• Review and approve design and construction plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management, preferably in the power or energy industry.
• Experience supervising the construction of combined cycle plants essential.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel for the duration of the project.
