Responsible helping our CRE Drivers in their way to deliver excellence.

?Abilities:

• Customer service skills
• Ability to adapt
• Problem-solving

Activities:

• Manage phone inquiries to about fuel and payments.
• Answer phone inquiries about fuel- related questions.
• Assist drivers with fuel card settings/fuel card transactions.
• Administering issuance of fuel
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.

Important:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to manage multiple operating systems
• Ability with software systems
