- Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles.

This job might be for you if:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience.
- English - Advanced
- 3-5 years of working experience in Application support and run.
- Experience and hands-on in configuration and working with Magento admin tool.
- Hand-on in magneto admin tool to work with Pages, catalog, page builder and backend configurations.
Have prior experience in managing digital content to drive customer engagement, improve user experience.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms preferably Magento eCommerce. - Knowledge and experience on the monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Gomez, AppDynamics, new relic will be addon.
- Knowledge of Web application and should be able to troubleshoot web related issues especially on a ECOMM platform.
- Basic understanding of a retails business is required preferably ecommerce.
- Hands-on on Operational ticketing tools like BMC Remedy, Jira and service Now.
- Good understanding of ITIL process.
- Should have basic understanding and knowledge in writing SQL queries.
- Can Work independently and collaborate (as necessary) with other teams to drive resolution to incidents.
- Able to drive to resolution medium to high complexity application related incidents.
- Able to analyze the business impact of the incident and communicate to the business and minimize the disruption.
- Provide timely and clear communication updates to customers and leaders.
- Proactively recommend enhancements to improve the functioning of the application.
- Able to assess business impact and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Critical incident process will be an asset.
- Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy.
- Ensuring that systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
- Good knowledge of one or more Operating Systems.
