Technical Product Manager with Java Development Background

We are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our Software Engineering team. You will collaborate on a key project focused on optimizing operational models within a leading global organization that provides transportation, e-commerce, and business services.
Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Drive the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer and applying a human-centered design approach.
• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring delivery aligns with business needs.
• Validate and test ideas through continuous feedback loops to enable agile decision-making and knowledge discovery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and ensure effective team performance through strong collaboration and guidance.
• Take responsibility for team decisions, coordinate across multiple teams, and help solve complex problems impacting various stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from business and technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure strategic alignment and successful product delivery.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to propose and prioritize product improvements.
• Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development activities.
• Lead product demos and training sessions to support adoption of new features.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Software Product Management
• Strong background in Core Java development
• Intermediate proficiency in:
• Product Innovation Strategy
• Agile Project Management
• Agile Methods (including ADM for Distributed Agile Development)
