Objective
Lead SSC HR Team (Both Payroll & Workforce administration) for Americas Region (MEX, USA, BRA, ARG). Control & Budget management. Comply with quality and service delivery according to SLA. Lead SSC HR Team (Both Payroll & Workforce administration) for Americas Region (MEX, USA, BRA, ARG). Control & Budget management. Comply with quality and service delivery according to SLA. KPI/SLA tracking. Ensure healthy productivity for SSC Americas (cost per transaction, transaction/paysilps per FTE, etc)
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Payroll Mexico operation for 11K Employees/10 plants. Meet & comply with local & federal regulations (SUA, IMSS, INFONAVIT, CFDI 4.0, Dictaminacion, Internal/External Audits, PTU, etc). Incidents management. Time & Attendance Operations/Super User for Mexico & USA. Payroll USA Backoffice support (Full Center of Excellence responsible for Mexico Country, partial processing outsourced with Alliax/Alfa)
- Ensure HR core operations (HCM) and back office transactions. Keep up to date HR integrated platform/data for accurate personnel decisions. Provide support within Shared Service Center in HR tools, HR Policy consults, Benefits & Payroll inquiries to Employees, Managers and HRBP. Work with HRIS, HRIT, CoE and other teams to adopt new services and technology according to needs. Benefits Mexico end/user support.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, etc
- Experience: 5- 7 years in Payroll Mexico acumen for both processing and legal regulations.
- SSC environment/exposure
- Knowledgeable in SAP Payroll & Success Factor HR platforms (nice to have) and/or other HR platforms (Workday, Oracle, etc)
- Ability to manage a budget/P&L for area
- Ability to handle information and data bases.
- Soft Skills:Customer Service focus: ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with Customers, HRBP, CoE, Learning Academies, HRIS, HRIT and others, Problem solving skills, Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, Strategic thinking.
- Spanish & Fluent English speaker (attending USA as a country/service provider)
