We are looking to add a member to our already growing international staff. As a key member of our small law firm in its fifth year of practice, you'll work alongside the owner, attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, other international staff members, and operations manager. Your ability to adapt to new changes and contribute to our growing success is crucial. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION FOR A U.S.-BASED LAW FIRM

Responsibilities

• Sales: Engage in inbound sales conversations with pre-qualified potential clients, under attorney supervision. Your role is vital in conveying our services without providing legal advice
• Billing: Ensure clients follow the terms of their fee agreement, welcome packet, and assist in collecting payments when necessary

Working Conditions:

• Work remotely from home
• Daily communication with the team via Zoom
• A personal computer (recommended 2018 or newer Mac)
• Bonus compensations immediately upon successful completion of onboarding

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong background in phone sales
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasion skills
• Steady internet speeds (minimum 5mbp)
• Work phone provided for business communication
• Experience discussing significant price points and complex problems
• Any formal legal training or personal experience with criminal law is a plus

Requirements:

• Experience in phone sales (minimal training provided)
• Reliable and fast Internet and Computer
• Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Value each lead, focusing on follow-up and nurturing a select group
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, work from home

Starting pay:

• Starting at $1000/month USD, with incentive-based compensation opportunities after onboarding is complete
