Primary Skill: Control-M, Incident Management (ServiceNow), SQL, DataStage Secondary Skill : Unix Key Responsibilities • Control-M Operations: • Monitor and manage scheduled jobs in Control-M. • Check logs to identify and resolve issues related to job execution. • File Management: • Use FileZilla, WinSCP, or Putty to verify, push, and delete files as required. • Ensure proper file transfer protocols are followed and troubleshoot file-related issues. • Incident Management (ServiceNow): • Create, update, and close incidents, Change Request, Change Task and catalog tasks in ServiceNow. • Follow ITIL best practices for incident resolution and documentation. • SQL Support: • Execute basic SQL queries, including select statements and subqueries, to retrieve or analyze data. • Provide database-related support and ensure data integrity during operations. • DataStage Support: • Monitor and troubleshoot DataStage processes as part of operational support. • Ensure data pipelines are functioning correctly and resolve issues proactively. • Proactive Resource: • Identify potential issues and take preventive measures to avoid disruptions. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates on tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in IT Industry. • Technical Skills: • Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis. • Hands-on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management. • Good knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management. • Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries. • Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.
