Position Objective
- As an International Medical Services Executive, you'll coordinate the end-to-end care for international, national, and local patients seeking specialized medical services. You'll ensure a safe, efficient, and personalized experience—from the first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient travel logistics: flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, translators, and activities during their stay.
- Serve as a communication bridge between international patients, medical staff, and administrative teams.
- Represent Médica Sur at international health fairs and help create promotional materials for various media.
- Close sales of healthcare packages and services.
- Provide attentive support and follow-up for international patients seeking treatment.
- Personally accompany patients and their families throughout their medical journey.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and satisfaction metrics.
- Build strategic partnerships with government entities to enhance sales and after-sales processes nationally and internationally.
- Prepare reports and analyze medical and administrative case data.
- Create segmented patient databases by areas of interest (e.g., procedures, specialties, frequently requested tests).
- Analyze trends in the local and international medical tourism market.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, International Relations, Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or Health Sciences (required: degree and license).
- Postgraduate diploma or certification is a plus.
Experience:
- No previous experience in international patient services required—this is a unique department in Mexico!
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, sales, or customer service.
- Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, and sales is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
