We are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to lead our operations and growth in Mexico. This person will manage relationships with local partners, oversee product rollouts in schools, drive platform adoption, and ensure both commercial and educational success across the region. The ideal candidate will combine strong execution skills with commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the education landscape in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage day-to-day relationships with local distributors and school partners
? Oversee onboarding, training, and rollout of the platform in schools across
Mexico
? Monitor usage and performance, resolve technical or operational issues, and ensure
partner accountability
? Coordinate between local stakeholders and internal teams (Product, Pedagogy, Support)
? Conduct quarterly business reviews and report on KPIs including revenue,
engagement, and feedback
? Identify opportunities for upselling, renewal, and geographic expansion within Mexico
Candidate Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, channel partnerships, or
B2B sales
? Prior experience working in EdTech, SaaS, education services, or similar sectors
preferred
? Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
? Proven track record of managing relationships, driving adoption, and meeting targets
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; hands-on, proactive approach
? Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), spreadsheets, and reporting tools
? Based in Mexico, with willingness to travel for school visits and partner meetings
