CALLING CENTRE /CUSTOMER SUPPORT
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
1 year in administrative functions/customer service/custumer support
Conversational English (mandatory)
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Analyze and ensure the Daily Plan in order to execute and guarantee planning progress and attendance of subcontractor on field.
Identify reasons of Unplanned incidents and closed task.
Communication with the project team, manage meetings and MOMs redaction.
Maintain Data Bases update with daily progress.
Update, Validate and follow up daily plan.
Give Feedback and attend any problem during operation related to subcontractor.
Daily assignments for EHS review and fulfillment of activities.
Monitoring of on-site activities until closing.
Achieve the project target which may include increase or repair the KPI.
Generate with quality operational reports.
OFFER:
$18,000 to $22,000 per month (RESICO)
