The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
Candidate will become a member of the RDC (Regional Delivery Center), part of Global PMO team in Nokia. A center of excellence that delivers professional services for all Customer Delivery organizations in Nokia NI North America, serving our Customers in IP routing, Optical Networks and Fixed Access Networks with a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining an efficient organization with well trained and motivated people.
What you will learn and contribute to
As member of the RDC PM team will have the aid, collaboration, and incentive of the RDC team to develop and improve new skills and competences and to continue learning and growing in her/his position. You will be supported to be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a multi-disciplinary and multi-regional group.
When executing tasks of Power Bi Development, Automation and Data Analysis in the RDC PM team, the candidate will detect business needs, document requirements, develop data analytics, and create reports and dashboards that meet those needs. This includes the design, development, maintenance, integration, and reporting.

As Power Bi Developer, Automation and Data Analyst the candidate is responsible of:
- Work with Nokia internal teams to detect needs of automation and data analytics, document Requirements/Outcomes, develop solution, and implement data analytics, reporting and dashboards that meet those needs.
- Develop Power Bi data models to consolidate data from different sources to allow analytics as well as to meet requirements.
- Build dashboards with multiple data Visualization for complex requirements and Data Analysis.
- Implementing connectors to SAP and SQL Databases to query and manage data on SAP platform.
- Ensure the availability, performance and maintenance of the tools and reports.
- Partner with Nokia Power Bi and Automate standards, policies and RDC Global teams.
- Research technical solutions to business problems.
- Provide support, knowledge sharing, expertise in data management, Power BI and automating tools to other team members and users.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 3+ years' experience in development of MS PowerX tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models (on SQL based storage solutions).
- Proficiency in data analysis and High degree of analytical.
- Hold some of the following Licenses & certifications (or equivalent):
- Microsoft Certified: PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Python for Data Science
- Advanced DAX for Microsoft Power BI Desktop
- Applied SQL for Data Analytics
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL techniques, processes, and Data Warehouse concepts.
- Candidate must have a good English level and excellent communication skill in English Language (at least: finished B2 or Beginning of Level 13). Considering that all customers as well as the Nokia organization which the candidate will work with are based in the United States and Canada.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence techniques to allow candidate to be part of AI Development Path in Nokia.
- Database modelling, Machine Learning.
- Agile methodology knowledge.
- Ability to work with Project Managers, PMO, Business Administrators and other stakeholders at all levels.
- Candidate must have a lot of energy and discipline to learn new tools, processes and procedures related to the North America MoO while offering at the same time her/his performing with excellence.
- Candidate exercises teamwork skills, proactivity, commitment, and ability to build relationships.
