Job Requirements

-University studies.

-More than 5 years of experience in quality management and leadership positions.

-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

-Impeccable communication, presentation and organizational skills.

-Advanced English is a must.

-Immediate availability.

-Knowledge of ISO9001 standards.

-Process management.

-Preferably have the following certifications: LEAD AUDITOR and/or IINTERNAL AUDITOR.

-Knowledge in minimum programs: Solidwork and autocad.

-Automotive certifications (IATF 16949, VDA).

-Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, CP, MSA, AMEF).

-Knowledge and application of analysis and problem solving techniques (8d's, 5 Why's, 7 steps, etc.).

-Experience in handling measuring instruments (Scale, Vernier, Micrometer).

Job Duties:

-Lead the QUALITY area through goals and objectives.

-Development of calibration procedures.

-Statistical process control.

-Monitoring, supervision and evaluation of quality processes.

-KPI's management.

-Manage line/facility expansion/transfer projects.

-Comply with ISO9001:2015 requirements for your area(s) of work.

-Understanding of quality systems and APQP/PPAP relationship.

-Know and apply the Core Tools (AMEF, APQP, PPAP).

-Supervise the implementation of 5' S in Quality Area.

-Activities related to the Quality Management System.

-Verify the reports submitted to him and analyze them.

-Optimize the use and utilization of human and material resources.

-Coordinate the preventive maintenance program for equipment.

-To plan the manufacturing according to the specifications of materials, processes, deadlines, installation.

-Attend internal and external audits.
