Throughout the years DY has become a globally competitive supplier of hydro automotive components for industrial machinery mainly focused in heavy duty. DY has been expanding around different countries such as Japan, China, India, USA and Mexico.
The site in Mexico is named DY Mechatronics and it is now in construction, expecting to be finished by the end of 2024. It is so far one of the biggest and most important projects held by the corporation, the reason why we are very excited to work on our new team.

Customer Quality Specialist
Location
Apodaca, Nuevo León
Role Description
Assure that all products meet our standards and customer requirements before start mass production. Track customer scorecards in order to initiate improvement plans, preparing quality workshops and handling customer complaints.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Assists to CQE Coordinator during the Customer Site Assessments
· Preparation of Customer PPAP
· Monitoring and analyze the CPPM.
· Tracking of the customer scorecards
· Support to sales as QA representative.
· Participation in Kaizen projects to reduce and prevent customer claims.
· Participate actively in regular quality reviews with customers
· Attend customer claims and participate in the corrective action process when customer request it.
· Participation in the PFMEA and Controls Plans evaluation.
· Follow instructions in accordance to Customer Web Site requirements.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· PPAP paperwork for each level (Level 5 is a plus)
· CPPM following activities
· Ability of drawing interpretation
· Understanding of special processes: welding, cr-plating, painting (It's a plus)
· Basic measuring equipment knowledge
· Ability to use Excel and PPT

Recruitment Process
Once the profile is reviewed by the HR and administration staff you will receive a call or a message from DY Mechatronics Mexico. It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team. The last but not least interview is held with the participation of our vice-president and staff in which the final decision is made.
