Short Description

We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage the CapEx Projects ensuring quality, safety and productivity conditions. This position designe and determine equipment specifications and plan and prioritize tasks. Is a hazard study contributor, lead projects for continuous improvement and promote equipment engineering improvement with six sigma or kaizen events. Manage resources to comply with the requirements for the Integrated System validated for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 from external party's audits.

Key Activities

• Manage the processes and documents required for the execution of engineering works.
• Supervisor and ensure the standards of quality, safety and productivity of field works.
• Maintain a permanent culture of safety, order, and cleanliness in the field.
• Coordinate with the contractors the details of the field operations.
• Coordinate the creation and management of permits to work with contractors.
• Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement with ideas for improvement in project management practices, mainly at the field level.
• Support the engineering team with installation activities when required.
• Continuously promote improvement in the management of engineering projects.
• Supervises suppliers and / or contractors who are performing work related to the project area and is authorized to sign special work permits.
