- Support all Quality, HSE and integrity policies of the company
- Daily schedule control, to meet all commitments to internal and external customers, at the lowest cost, implement a strategy to reduce cycle times, reduce inventory levels in process, and improve quality, service, and safety
- Work on products with the quality and engineering team, to identify the causes of quality problems and resolve them
- Direct and lead production supervisors to comply with plant metrics and the daily production plan
- Responsible for carrying out projects using Lean methodologies and corporate strategies to improve operations and business processes, support, and operation activities
- Develop the strategic plan of the Manufacturing and Maintenance department
- Budget control of the two main expense accounts, MRO/F&T
- Requirements for new equipment and facilities
Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of relevant experience)
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional level experience. Minimum 2 years of management experience
Skills and Abilities: Ability to guide and influence others either internally or externally to adopt a different point of view
