Are You Looking to - Playing an active role in problem solving, process improvement and adjustments.
- Implementing all activities to maximize equipment efficiency in order to meet the manufacturing plan/production schedule and budgeted equipment expectations.
- Operational responsibilities which include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product, performing quality checks.
Are You Ready to - Maintenance of Hydraulic Equipment.
- Maintenance of machines.
- Maintenance of peripheral equipment of molding (dryers, grinders, temperature controllers, Robots).
- Diagnosis and solution of problems in electrical control.
- Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic drawings.
- Maintenance and calibration of hydraulic pumps.
Job Requirements:
What You'll Need - Employee must have two years' experience as maintenance technician.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing experience.
- Physical demands: may engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling parts and part containers, may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
