What you'll do:

BASIC FUNCTION

Maintain the Eaton Quality Management System according with Automotive Standard (ISO 9001 - IATF 16949) EQMS policies and Customer Specific Requirements.

ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS

Support the APQP process to assure flawless launches.
• Review and assure the accomplishment with customer specific requirements.
• Assure APQP documentation release on time

B. Validate the implementation of EBS, corporate policies, Supplier excellence manual, VNA procedures (Vehicle North America) in local procedures.

C. Define and execute the customer specific requirement agenda to make sure correct deployment through entire organization.

D. Lead the QFR (Quality functional review) and QMS self-assessment based on systematic audit findings.

E. Coordinate and lead 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits, Follow up CAPA for findings.

F. Maintain the effectiveness of documented processes through scheduled procedures review. Monitor the status of the process deviations and Quality alerts.

G. Maintain and control obsolete documents and samples based on retention records. Maintain updated list making sure the correct disposition as needed.

H. Deploy the quality policy and objectives as required, communicating the EQMS importance and promoting the quality system continuous improvement (We own Quality).

I. Select, evaluate and lead the internal auditor team assuring the cross functional experience according with plan needs.

J. Identify the EQMS training needs for entire organization.

K. Document control & Maintain the control of the assigned RMA for customer complaints.

L. MESH compliance, follow up environmental and safety requirements applicable in assigned areas

Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
• Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Automotive Industries.
• English Intermediate-Advanced
• Customer Specific Requirements (IATF, BIQS, Q1, VDA)
• Core tools
• Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor as a plus).
• Training & Functional Competencies according EQMS Quality Training Policy
• Safety Knowledge

Continuous Improvement Competencies:
• Advanced level for Problem Solving.
• Intermediate level for 5S & Standard Work, VSM & TVSM
